ANNOUNCEMENT

Due to the impact of COVID-19, there will be some changes occurring in our offices. As we are still learning about
this pandemic, we wanted to let you know this may affect service of your documents.

At Legal Support Net, Inc., our main objective has always been to place service out in a timely fashion, but with
the new pandemic, this may cause some delays in service. Effective Friday, 3-20-2020, because of Governor
Newsom’s “Stay in Place Order”, our office hours have been temporarily changed to Monday thru Friday from
8:30 am to 12:30 pm.

We are preparing for a worst case scenario, which is no new jobs and no revenue. So we are going to start asking
for jobs to be pre-paid or at least require a deposit. We will have a $2500 cap on credit for unpaid bills.
Currently all the courts we cover are still up and running. There are some some slight changes to some of our
courts.

  • San Joaquin is still operating during normal business hours, however they are only allowing us to drop
    fillings off in a basket. If there are court fees, that we need to advance with your filing, please tell us the
    exact amount. San Joaquin County Recorder’s Office is temporally closed.

  • Stanislaus Court will now be closing at 1:15pm starting 2-23-2020 (Monday thru Friday). Stanislaus Court is closed to the public. Drop box only. However, the Stanislaus County Recorder’s Office is temporally closed.

  • Merced Court is open Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 12:00 pm. Merced Recorders are open till 5:00pm (Monday thru Friday) via phone only. They are not allowing any public access at this time. You will have to record documents via mail-in or e-file.

  • Madera has had no major changes, however the court is encouraging fax file.

  • Mariposa Court are not allowing any public access. You may file via mail – in or fax only.
